Scott Salmonson has been serving as President for McIntyre, Donohue, Accardi, Salmonson
& Riordon, LLP and has over 20��years experience and represented injured workers with
his partners at the fi rm since 2011. Salmonson has represented clients before the Workers’
Compensation Board in all fi ve boroughs and Long Island. Salmonson litigated all aspects of
Workers’ Compensation claims and handled cases from inception through trial, permanency,
and settlement.
Salmonson frequently spoke with various unions and their membership concerning the rights
of injured workers, as well as legislators to improve the law in this fi eld. He worked closely
with injured workers, their unions, and their doctors to optimize benefi ts on behalf of his clients.
He has counseled many clients and union members including New York State, New York City,
and Suffolk County Corrections offi cers, Nassau and Suffolk Police Offi cers, EMS members,
Transport Workers’ Unions, teachers, and social workers. Salmonson advised many members
of D.C.37��as well as Airline workers who are based out of New York State. Salmonson has
also represented fi rst responders in all injury claims including their September 11, 2001��cases.
