Jesselynn Rivera has served as an associate broker for Douglas Elliman Real Estate and as
the 2020 President of the Queens NAHREP Chapter.
As is the National Association of Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Queens 2020 President,
she has believed in the NAHREP 10 and felt she has been a great advocate for the Latin
consumers. She has strove to help educate the real estate professionals to help the public
sustain homeownership in the Latin community.
Real estate has been a part of Rivera’s life for many years, she started out as a personal
assistant to a Residential Broker and learned much from him which then allowed her to move
on to working with a well-known General Contractor specializing in commercial and New
Development Properties. Rivera became an Assistant Construction Project Manager, giving
her the knowledge and expertise in site selection, planning, financing, construction, sale,
marketing, and management.
Rivera has flourished in her work in the areas of administration, business development,
finance, project management, operations and sales. She has possessed a strong business
sense honed by years of highly professional business experiences combined with excellent
organizational skills, communication, time management, and customer service skills. Most
importantly, she has always brought personal integrity, honesty, and strong work ethics in her
profession.
