Michael Golub has been serving as the Executive Fleet Consultant for Enterprise Fleet
Management. He has worked directly with business executives of multi-million-dollar
organizations to reduce their existing fleet expenses. He began his career at Enterprise in his
Junior year of college as an Intern in the Rental Car division. After graduation, he accepted
a full-time position and was promoted immediately upon eligibility 5x consecutively before
serving in his current role.
Along the way, he has achieved numerous accolades, including Rookie of the Year, Top
Monthly Sales Performer 5x within the first year of his career, Intern Scholarship Award
Winner, etc. Most recently, as of November 2020, Golub was recognized as the #1 Fleet
Consultant out of 300 in North America.
He has partnered with organizations that operate 20+ non-CDL vehicles and lowers costs
related to vehicle acquisition, fuel, maintenance, depreciation, and resale by leveraging the
massive infrastructure of Enterprise.
Golub’s experience in the automobile industry has allowed him to develop customized fleet
plans that not only save money for his clients, but also improve safety, brand image, and
overall operational efficiencies.
In 2019, Golub and his team delivered $39,200,000 in total maintenance and repair savings,
$81,700,000 in manufacturer incentives passed directly to their customers, over $5,700,000 in
negotiated savings for repairs, and resale of more than 70,000 used customer vehicles at an
average of 109% above the industry average.
Golub is a Long Island native and Magna Cum Laude graduate of Binghamton University’s
School of Management. His personal interests include physical fitness, traveling, reading
books, listening to motivational podcasts, and watching sports.
