Kevin Louie has been serving as Director of Cushman & Wakefield and working alongside
Vice Chairman Stephen R. Preuss, having joined the company in early 2015. The Preuss
team has focused on investment and land sales in outer-boroughs in New
York. Throughout his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Louie has valuated and underwritten
more than 650 properties and has been involved in the aggregate sale of over $1 Billion in
real estate transactions in the New York Metro area.
These sales have covered a wide array of assets including commercial, development, and
multifamily buildings. Team Preuss has been the #1 investment sales team in the outerboroughs
and top 100 producers nationwide, and sold approximately 400 properties worth
over $5 billion through an 18 year period.
Louie has been a member of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America), AREPA
(The Asian Real Estate Professional Association), Queens Chamber of Commerce (Co-
Chair of the Real Estate Committee), and has been serving as Vice President for the Greater
Flushing Chamber of Commerce where he is also the Chair of the real estate committee.
He has enjoyed all types of outdoor activities including snowboarding, hiking, running
marathons and obstacle course races.
