Marley Bernard has been serving as the President of Iron Birch Advisors, a subsidiary
of Ameriprise Financial located in Manhattan. Her practice has been focusing on wealth
management including retirement, insurance, and estate planning. She can be seen as
the financial coach at “The Girls’ Lounge”, powered by The Female Quotient. The Female
Quotient is committed to advancing equality in the workplace through collaboration, activating
solutions for change and creating measurements for accountability.
Bernard began her career with AXA Advisors in 2006. In 2013, she was promoted to Vice
President and by 2015, she ranked nationally as the top female VP at AXA Advisors.
She was born and raised in Manhattan, where she has been living today with her husband
Gregg. Bernard attended The Ramaz School where she was captain of her basketball team,
which won the championship of the Yeshiva League. She graduated from Boston University.
Bernard has also earned a Certificate in Retirement Planning from The Wharton School of the
University of Pennsylvania and her hobbies include PickleBall, and Zumba.
