Eliezer Rodriguez has been serving as Chief Executive Offi cer for Hudson Gateway Association
of Realtors, Inc. He was born in Orocovis, Puerto Rico and raised in Philadelphia, Pa. At
age 17, he joined the Army and earned his sergeant stripes in less than two years. Rodriguez
attended Kansas State University and graduated with a B.A. degree in Speech, Pre-law and
Social Science. In 1983, he was selected one of the “Outstanding Young Men of America.”
In 1985, Rodriguez completed a two-year program sponsored by Association for Public Policy
Analysis and Management Program at Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government.
Rodriguez went on to graduate from the City University of New York School of Law
where he received the Theodore F. Kupferman Public Service Award for his service to the law
school community.
In September 2000, Rodriguez created Project Club Clemente, Inc., to celebrate the legacy of
Mr. Robert Clemente, the fi rst Hispanic selected into the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
Rodriguez’s legal experience covers Real Estate, Matrimonial & Family Law, and Trust and
Estates. In 2016, Rodriguez was appointed by Governor Cuomo to serve on The Real Estate
Appraisal Board. He is the recipient of the 2017, NAR Community Outreach Award, and has
been named one of 50 most infl uential people in The Bronx (2018-2020).
Finally, Rodriguez is currently the Director of the Bronx Chapter of the Hudson Gateway Association
of Realtors. He is a dedicated family man and lives in The Bronx with his wife, Fiordaliza
(a Judge) and their two boys.
