Violetta Ustayev has been serving as the founder and Principal Designer of Vi Design Inc.,
a high-end Interior Design firm with offices in New York and South Florida. With clients all
over the tri-state area and Florida, as an entrepreneur and a dedicated mother of 3, she has
managed to find a way to do it all.
After moving from Russia to the U.S. at a very young age, Ustayev’s keen determination and
entrepreneurial spirit led her to work in all sorts of fields. From buying and flipping properties,
to working at hedge funds and law offices, Ustayev’s insurmountable work experience
inspired her to open up her own business.
Her eye for functionality, usability, and practicality, has allowed her to lead her team to never
shy away from luxury design and haute couture, while always considering the importance
of attention to detail. Ustayev has created a company founded upon the principles of
timelessness and greatness, fueled by her motto, “Great Design is Forever.”
