Rob Mannino has been serving as COO of The Kulka Group. Mannino has partnered in
ambitious business ventures and held executive positions with companies across industries,
he has built a reputation over 15 years as a dynamic, results-focused real estate developer,
and an experienced entrepreneur. With his combined expertise in the technology, energy,
and commercial real estate sectors, he has steered innovation and captured increased
market shares.
As both a consultant or a principal, Mannino has fostered small-scale and mid-sized
businesses to outstanding growth, managing mergers, partnerships, capital raises, start-up
strategies, and venture seed funding with reliable success. Mannino and his partners have
expertly managed multimillion-dollar assets and coordinated ambitious projects ranging
from $2MM-$200MM. He has also served in a key leadership role in guiding project teams
and developing strategic visions and business plans.
For the last 46 years, his partners at The Kulka Group have managed an enviable $3BB in
Construction and Real Estate development projects comprising hotels, luxury residences,
community centers, retail centers, industrial facilities, and corporate offices.
Since 2016, Mannino has helped reposition the Kulka brand and assisted the revamp of
operating procedures to maximize profits and optimize the company’s ability to make
the most of emerging opportunities. He has continuously proven himself as a visionary
entrepreneur. He has raised capital financing for several real estate and venture capital
transactions and positioned companies for early-stage financing and structured strategic
partnerships with some of the top energy producers in the world.
Mannino has orchestrated the large-scale overhaul of several multi-generational brands,
introduced the use of unmanned aerial vehicles into the energy sector, and earned industry
awards for leadership and innovation.
