LOCAL 2507
Local 2507��Michael Greco has been serving as the Vice President of Local 2507��which represents
the Uniformed EMTs, Paramedics, and Fire Inspectors of the New York City Fire Department.
Greco has dedicated his career as not only a paramedic serving the citizens of New York City,
but as a Union offi cial fi ghting for the betterment of Emergency Medical Services of the FDNY.
Greco joined the department as an Emergency Medical Technician in 2008. He served as the
Union Delegate for his station in 2010, and shortly after he graduated paramedic school.
Greco was urged to become more involved in the Union and later served as the Queens Borough
Coordinator. Greco quickly became acclimated with the workings of the department and
the Union and decided to run for Vice President in 2017. As VP, Greco has been instrumental
in fi ghting for the fairness and equitable treatment of EMS within the FDNY ranging from
issues such as disciplinary cases, to work schedules, and pay.
