CN GUIDANCE & COUNSELING SERVICES, INC.
Linda Masotto has been serving as the Development Coordinator for CN Guidance &
Counseling Services, a nonprofit agency that has served over 7,000 in the community who
have mental health and/or substance use disorders. Having been with CNG since August
2018, Masotto has had the responsibility for annual/long-range fundraising events and
initiatives, public relations, community outreach, relationship building, employee liaison and
social media.
Prior to CNG, spanning over fifteen years, she has been very active in nonprofit and volunteer
work for local foundations, national societies, mothers’ guilds, school district associations,
and committees serving as trustee, chairperson, and administration including; advancement,
nutrition, galas, tastings, events, fundraisers and annual campaigns.
At the same time, she was employed in a variety of industries: in outside sales, networking,
community representative, customer service, merchandising, and administrative roles.
Masotto’s ten year professional career was as a Human Resources executive for a highly
ranked international commercial bank, where she recruited, trained, translated, coordinated
expatriates and events, and managed the information system.
After her undergraduate studies, Masotto worked in the hospitality industry for national
corporations in management, comprising all elements of the front office, auditing and
opening staff. She has been happily married for over thirty-two years, has two incredible,
accomplished sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law-to-be, and two loved Westie pups.
