Andrea Caruso has been serving as a Partner with Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman,
Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP. Before joining Abrams Fensterman LLP, she was an
Associate with Caruso, Caruso & Branda, P.C.
Caruso’s practice has been primarily focused in Real Estate and Commercial Litigation. She
has represented clients involved in a wide variety of property litigation including partition
actions, adverse possession, easements, breach of contracts, commercial lease disputes,
constructive trusts, commercial foreclosure cases among other matters.
Caruso received her J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and her
undergraduate degree from Colgate University. She has been selected as a “Rising Star” in
New York Civil Litigation by Super Lawyers since 2018.
Each year, no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team
at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. Caruso was named to New York Real Estate Journal’s
2019 Women in Real Estate – Professional Services List and most recently was selected as a
“Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Real Estate Law in 2021”.
