Ronald Fatoullah Esq., CELA, has been serving as the founder and principal of the New York
based law fi rm of Ronald Fatoullah & Associates, where he has practiced in the areas of elder
law, estate planning, Medicaid planning, trusts, wills, guardianships, and estate administration.
Fatoullah has served on the Executive Committee of the Elder Law and Special Needs
Section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), has been serving as co-chair of the
Board of Directors of the LI Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, and he also served on the
Executive Council of AARP in New York.
Fatoullah has the honor of being recognized by Best Lawyers in America since 2007��for Elder
Law and Trusts and Estates and Estate Litigation. He has also been recognized by Super
Lawyers for fourteen years for New York Metro in Elder Law.
His distinguished reputation has been based on his contributions to the senior citizen and
special needs community. Fatoullah has been quoted numerous times in The Wall Street
Journal, The New York Times, and Newsday. He has been a fellow of the National Academy of
Elder Law Attorneys and was a member of its Board of Directors.
