Astoria resident Chelsea, an
actress, caught my eye with
her cheery spring ensemble.
I learned that she was on her
way to the city to watch the
Kentucky Derby. Her floral
dress, bright cardigan, wedges,
sunnies and hat were all just
right! She calls her fashion
choices “classic, Southern, chic.”
