Hamido Seafood is a Mediterranean
restaurant and fish market that serves the
neighborhood’s demand for fresh seafood.
The owners of the restaurant make it a point
to personally frequent the fish market and
offer seafood that is quality, affordable and
in season. Customers can purchase the fish
raw and take it home or have the restaurant
cook it for them. Patrons may also dine in
and enjoy a fresh and affordable meal on
site. One of the restaurant’s partners, Ramy
Zora, explains the key to the restaurant’s
growing popularity.
“Because of the fact that we don’t
charge that much, the turnover is unbelievably
fast,” Zora said. “So this way, the
fish is always fresh, the price is right and
everybody’s happy.”
