Linda On Your 8th Anniversary
BRONX TIMES REPORTER, SEPTEMBER 2 BTR 7-OCTOBER 3, 2019 23
In Heaven...
Our Angel,
My Grandmother
A hot summer’s day on the beach, then suddenly it’s dark
and gloomy, and I see someone through the mist, someone
I have seen before. “It can’t be,” I say to myself.
Then I get closer to fi nd an angel, my grandmother.
I’ve missed her so much with my heart fi lled with grief and
her in front of me made me realize that I didn’t want to
lose her again, so I walked away. It was hard, but I did.
Then something changed, I ran toward
her, she ran toward me and I hugged her
then she disappeared. I was left in the rain crying,
but I knew I did the right thing.
REST in PEACE, I LOVE YOU, GRANDMA.
I will love you forever.
YOU’RE MY TRUE ANGEL.
We Will Love You Always
