The Bronx Puerto Rican Day Parade kicked off at Grand Concourse and East 167th
Street on Sunday, September 22. The parade was sponsored by Havana Cafe, Metro
Plus Health Plan, Bronx Care, Teddy Nissan Cars, Urban Health Plan, Good Heart
Helping Hands, Ridgewood Savings Bank and Corona. The press conference preceding
the parade took place on Tuesday, September 17 at Havana Cafe, 1247 Castle
