Currently serving as Director of the Mott Haven Community
Partnership.
Dan played an essential role in connecting the partnership
to new community organizations, developing a social media
presence, and connecting families in Mott Haven to needed
resources during the pandemic.
Some highlights of his leadership include supporting food pantries,
coordinating the donation of over 2000 coats, and supporting
the launch of Mott Haven Fridge, a free walk-in pantry.

Shanequa E. Moore is a thought-provoking leader, visionary

Even at the early age of 14, when she became a Caseworker
Aide at the Family Support System, Shanequa saw her
life’s calling illuminating a career pathway ahead of her. Ever
since this moment, she has been dedicated to creating opportunities
in her community.

also President of the Ponce De Leon Foundation, a private
foundation established by Ponce Bank.

and a Community Development Financial Institution.
Carlos also served as an adjunct faculty member at the
Graduate School of Business at Columbia University.
