Keith Kinch co-founded BlocPower and serves as its General
Manager. Previously, Keith spent two years as Deputy Field Director
in New York for the Democratic National Committee
under President Obama’s grassroots arm Organizing for America.
In 2019 BlocPower partnered with Con Edison and NYSERDA
to launch “Green the Bronx,” a campaign to help hundreds of
multifamily building owners in the Bronx convert their fossil fuel
heating systems to clean heating and cooling systems.
In 2021, Keith oversaw a $37M a 1000+ person climate tech
jobs program focused on neighborhoods with high gun violence.

Dr. Laurence Landau has been practicing Podiatric Medicine
and Surgery for over 15 Years.
Dr. Landau graduated from Clark University in 1985 with a
B.A. in Biology. He went on to study biology on the graduate
level at Columbia University. In 1992, he graduated from the
New York College of Podiatric Medicine with a Doctor of Podiatric
Medicine Degree.
He has served as the Past President of the New York State
Podiatric Medical Association, Nassau Division and sits on the
executive board of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association,
Manhattan Division.

A proud New Yorker and Bronxite, Derrick H. Lewis is an energetic
and passionate advisor and entrepreneur. He has spent
the last 15 years advising various early and late stage organizations
in corporate and technology strategy, strategic planning,
risk management, and human capital.
Derrick co-founded The Bronx Community Foundation, the
