Nathalia’s father, William, migrated to The Bronx from Cuba
at a young age, starting a business painting apartments. Nathalia’s
mother, Sonia, came to the U.S. as an undocumented
immigrant from Colombia and settled in Bedford Park.
Nathalia knows young people thrive in environments where

In 2018, Nathalia was elected to represent the 80th Assembly
District —a dream that allowed her compassion for others and
her ambition to better the community around her to thrive.

SERVICES
Debbian Fletcher-Blake is the CEO of Vocational Instruction Project
Community Services, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization in the Bronx
that offers comprehensive medical, behavioral health, housing, vocational
and supportive services.
She has been active in building culturally competent workforces,
tackling healthcare inequities and working to ensure community
members are active participants in deciding systems of care. Debbian
has also served as subject matter expert on numerous clinical
and administrative projects both locally and nationally.
holds an MS in Nursing from Pace University School of Nursing.

Anthony Domathoti is the Broker-Owner of EXIT Realty Premium
and was recently appointed PRESIDENT-ELECT for the Hudson
Gateway Association of Realtors. He serves on the New York State
Association of Realtors Board of Directors and will serve on the Executive
Committee for 2022.
Anthony has been in the real estate industry for more than 25
years with transactions in the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn
and Westchester. Some of his Awards include: 2021 HGAR Spirit
Award, SAPPHIRE CIRCLE AWARD 2020-2021, PLATINUM AWARD 2019

Originally born in Orange County, Eustace attended Goshen
Central High School before beginning his FDNY career as
an EMT for two years. His father attended Cardinal Hayes High

fore the tragedy of 9/11. Prior to his appointment as FDNY-UFA’s
vice president, Eustace worked at FDNY Ladder Company 27
for 17 years and has been a Woodlawn resident for over 20
years.
