WORLD’S FAIR MARINA
The World’s Fair Marina is the city’s most-trafficked public
water facility with a 1.5-mile promenade along Flushing Bay.
Built as a boat basin for the 1939 World’s Fair, the only fullservice
marina run by the NYC Parks Department houses public
rowing clinics, water safety, fishing, marine ecology and oyster
cages.
