Howard Teitelbaum
I am an active man with 61
years of business experience.
For 10 years, I was President of
the Hamlet Condominium, the
largest condominium in Nassau
County. Afterwards, I founded
my Professional Management
Company which served 57
Condos/Co-ops on L.I. for 28
years. I received "Expert Witness"
status for Condos and Co-ops from
Nassau County District Court.
Five years ago, I was elected to
NST Board of Directors. I was the
architect who solved our serious
parking problems without any costs
or assessments. I ruled out building
additional parking because expensive
construction costs and special
assessments would have been a
huge burden for our shareholders.
I offered an alternative plan
which was unanimously approved
and implemented by the Board of
Directors. I took a lot of heat for
my plan so we made some accommodations
which satisfied the
concerns. Parking today is readily
available for all.
Today we have other serious
problems confronting us. We
need serious business-minded
men/women to solve them. Vote
qualifications & experience not
friendship & popularity.

Graduating from Pace
University, I spent 40 years in
the textile industry. My expertise
was sales and management. This
experience taught me how to work
with people and negotiate business
solutions. I ran an international
trim company, designing and producing
products in China, shipping
worldwide.
In the six years as a resident of
NST I have served on five board
committees including House and
Grounds and Special Projects. I am
a member of the Camera and Mens
clubs. These positions have made
me very aware of the strengths and
needed improvements in NST.
Suggestions I recommended were
implemented including overnight
parking vouchers and flashing
stop sign.
This is our home. It is essential
we maintain it as an exciting and
unique place to live. We must
plan for the future to improve
our home:
Window Replacement
Electric Car Charges
Targeted Advertising Program
More Handicap Spots
Implementing these programs
will increase the value of our
shares. It will also attract a new
generation of buyers. My motto:
SHAREHOLDERS FIRST
If you want someone who understands
NST and looks for creative
and cost effective solutions, I am
your candidate.
Thank You

I have served as a member of
the Board of Directors for the
past 3 years and I am currently
the President of the Board.
I am a physician with 50
years’ experience as Director
of •Departments of Nuclear
Medicine in major medical centers
in the NY area. In this role, I have
acquired extensive experience in

management and oral and written
communication skills.
I have also been the President of

a major medical journal, provided

agencies.
I am seeking re
election to
the Board to continue several
initiatives that began this past year:

Club dining facility, repair of the
garage roof, improve energy
efficiency overall, complete a plan
for window replacement, modernization
of elevators and continue
to improve communication with
Shareholders.
I am committed to preserving
property values and sustaining the
quality of life at the North Shore

My husband Mitch and I have
lived in North Shore Towers for
almost 44 years. It was unique
then, and it still is!
I am very proud to have been an
active member of this community
for all those years, first as a renter
and then as a cooperator.
As a member of the Board,
I chaired several different
committees...
First, the Enhancement
Committee, which created
the fabulous garden above the
diving pool.
Second, the Mandatory General
Membership Committee, which
mandates that every new resident
be a County Club member-this
has brought in millions and millions
of dollars to the Country
Club. It's a gift that keeps on
giving!!!
Third, as chair of the GAP
Committee, we constantly
replaced and upgraded equipment
to maintain a first class workout
environment. Additionally, we
renovated both the indoor and
outdoor pools, giving those spaces
a clean, fresh look.
Our greatest achievement,
yours and mine, was providing
a healthy living environment by
prohibiting smoking within our
interiors.
All these initiatives were successful
because committee members
worked together.
North Shore Towers is our
home---a FABULOUS home! I
would like to continue as a Board
member. I ask for your support
and vote.
