Th anksgiving is about two things: giving
thanks for all of the blessings in our lives and
really great food.
We’ve rounded up seven ways to say “thank
you” to your Queens community this November,
from donating blood at a local drive to raking
leaves in Astoria Park (page 32). So many
charities are making a diff erence right here in
our neighborhood, and they need volunteers and
donations. Why not choose a cause from our list
and lend a helping hand?
