Delta Wings of Hope Golf event
Delta this event annually
for the purpose of raising
mney for the American
Cancer Society. Through the
generosity of the attendees
from the cargo and passenger
sides from around the
airports., Delta was able to
raise close to $500,000 this
year.
Even with the remnants
of the pandemic, hundreds
of supporters of the Cancer
cause came out to play golf,
have a good time re-connecting
with friends, some
of who have been holed up
by the pandemic, enjoy the
great food and beverage that
Delta laid out while bidding
for gifts donated by friends
for the raffle. The event coincided
with Breast Cancer
Awareness Month in which
Delta is a strong contributor.
