My name is Angela and I am the new editor-in-chief of the LIC Courier. I have big shoes to fill after taking over the position from the previous editor, Angy. I am excited to share with you compelling stories from neighborhoods such as Astoria, Long Island City and Sunnyside. I was previously the southern Queens reporter for The Queens Courier and I am looking forward to learning about the people and places that make these communities unique. I have already been introduced to some wonderful people and know that great stories are waiting to be told.
