Pour 2 oz. of whiskey into the mug. 5. Add the hot cider, throw a cinammon stick in there, and a spoon of wild berry jam. 6. DRINK! SASHA POGREBINSKY Mulled Wine This is the recipe to my mulled wine at Bear. People can’t get enough of it and the smell from the spices fills up the whole kitchen at our restaurant, It is cozy, warm, and perfect if you happen to have been caught in one of our city’s brutal rainstorms! It’s also good if you’ve got a bit of a cold! INGREDIENTS: 1. Red Wine 2. Wild Berry Jam 3. Brown Sugar 4. Ground Cinammon 5. Cardomom 6. Anise Seeds 7. Honey DIRECTIONS: 1. On a stovetop, pour 1/2 glass of mulled wine into a small pot, add a large spoon of wild berry jam, a spoon of brown sugar, a sprinkle of cinammon, a sprinkle of anise seeds, and a sprinkle of cardomom.
