Awards Gala
The IBID held its annual awards gala at
the TWA Hotel with board members and supporters
thrilled to have 5 years of community
development and successes to celebrate and
many more to come according to President
Frank Liggio.
Executive Director Scott Grimm-Lyons
presented Business and Community Awards
to leaders of the Southeast Queens and cargo
community for their collective efforts in bringing
their networks into the GatewayJFK neighborhood
adjacent to JFK Airport. Announcement
and kudos were given to recipients of
the (5) $1,000 scholarships awarded.
