 show in Howard Beach
 NYFAC (New York Families for
 Autistic Children) and the NYFAC
 Foundation gathered on 153rd Avenue
in Howard Beach on June 24 for the
organization’s annual car wash and car
 show.
 NYFAC employees and volunteers
washed cars in the parking lot of the
 Queens County Community Bank, while
across the street, people gathered in the
 Lindenwood Shopping Center parking
lot to show their cars in the car show.
 Many Howard Beach residents supported
 NYFAC by getting their cars
washed, attending the car show, and volunteering
to judge the cars that would be
awarded a trophy at the end of the event.
 Additionally, Andrea, a zumba instructor
from Limitless Fitness on Cross Bay
 Boulevard, hosted our first “Zumba
 Dance Party in the Streets.”
 Throughout the day, the volunteers
working the car wash had the opportunity
 to wash vehicles that participated
in the car show, as well as the 106th
Precinct Auxiliary Police van, and the
 Hamilton Beach Volunteer Ambulance
Corps. La Villa Pizzeria also assisted
other volunteers by donating 20 pizzas to
 benefit everyone that participated.
