 The  Bay  Terrace  Shopping  Center,  
 located  at  Bell  Boulevard  and  26th  
 Avenue,  was  built  in  the  1960’s.  Over  
 the decades, the open-air shopping center, 
  owned by Cord Meyer Development  
 Company, has endured and grown, and  
 today  offers  a  wide  variety  of  shops  to  
 Queens residents.  
 Shoppers  can  find  dozens  of  retail  
 storefronts,  including  HomeGoods,  
 American  Eagle  Outfitters,  Men’s  
 Wearhouse,  the  Children’s  Place,  Foot  
 Locker,  Alicia’s  Jewelers,  Bath  and  
 Body  Works,  Yankee  Candle,  Verizon  
 Wireless and GameStop.  
 Looking  for  dinner  and  a  movie?  See  
 a  film  at  Loews  Cineplex  on  the  upper  
 level and choose from restaurants located  
 throughout  the  shopping  center,  
 including  Applebee’s,  Asian  Terrace,  
 Outback  Steakhouse  or  Allora  Italian  
 Restaurant and Bar. 
 If you want something a little less formal, 
   grab  a  bite  to  eat  can  also  consider  
 visiting  Ben’s  Deli,  Panera  Bread,  
 Terrace  Diner,  Jack’s  Pizza  or  Dunkin  
 Donuts.  
 The  shopping  center  is  also  home  to  
 Stop  &  Shop  supermarket,  Christie  &  
 Co.  Salon  and  Spa,  Bayview  Cleaners,  
 Members of Sacred Heart Catholic Academy of Bayside participated in the first Bayside St. Patrick’s Day Parade down Bell Boulevard last March.
