This is the second year that Queens Borough President Melinda Katz and the Queens
Chamber of Commerce collaborated to facilitate a Queens Day in Albany celebration.
The Queens Chamber of Commerce hosts this annual event that was packed with Queens
constituents that were given an opportunity to: have their voices heard; come together at the
State Capitol to showcase the culture, tourism, and economic development of Queens.
The annual event included: complimentary bus transportation; breakfast, lunch, evening
food tasting, meet and greet the Queens Assembly and Senate delegation; tours of the
majestic Capitol Building and Legislative Chambers; and a sampling from the finest food and
drink purveyors in Queens.
