She was born on August 4, 1936 in Trunstadt, Germany to the late Georg and Anna Martin. Hermine moved to NY when she was 18. She worked as a chef in a German restaurant and loved baking, cooking, and gardening. She moved to West Coxsackie in 1998 to be near her beloved grandsons. She is survived by her husband Frank, daughter and son-in-law Diana & Richard Freund, grandsons, Richard & Daniel, sister Gretel Schmitt, and many nieces and nephews. A symbol of hope.
