Gina is a native of Long Island, growing up
in Holbrook with her parents and sister. Gina
currently resides in Port Washington for
over 30 years with her husband, Anthony
and children, Anthony and Christina and
Apollo the dog.
Gina graduated with a bachelor’s degree in
Psychology, in 1989 from St. Joseph’s College
located in Patchogue. Gina attended the
school of Social Work at Adelphi University
located in Garden City and graduated in
May 1993 with a Master’s degree in social
work. In September 1993, she completed

Working in the Residential Mortgage division, Curiale
has served the home mortgage needs of Long
Island populations for 25 years. She has been at the
forefront of innovative programs that improve home
ownership opportunities.
In the 1990s she developed a program replacing
home foreclosures with cost-saving mortgages. In
the 2000s, she brought a down payment partnership
program to clients.
Curiale hosts numerous business conferences and
speaking engagements. As a NYS licensed Real Estate
instructor, she teaches home mortgage solutions to
real estate and mortgage professionals. She gives her
time as a Director or Chair of organizations including
The Parrish Art Museum, Citizens for Humanity and
Kidsave International.

ahead of the curve and to be knowledgeable in all areas of

Karen M. Curley began her career with United Way
of LI, managing a $1M+ campaign while helping others
fundraise for the September 11th Fund.She joined the American Heart Association, where
she increased revenue by 61%, then joined Little
Flower Children and Family Services of New York.
She has closed six-figure gifts and throughout the
Covid-19 pandemic helped support 600 essential
workers, exceeding fundraising and strategic impact
goals. As Development and Communications S.V.P.,
she oversees nongovernmental funding.
Curley holds a Masters in Public Administration from

started Hofstra School of Law. By 40, Janet obtained
her Juris Doctorate. Honed by decades of stress management,
Janet passed the NYS bar exam in 2009, now

Janet was admitted to U.S. District Court, Eastern
and Southern Districts, and in 2014, the United States
Supreme Court. Due to her established networks
prior to the law, Janet’s legal career flourished.
After experiencing a few mid-sized Nassau firms,
Janet founded the Esagoff Law Group, in 2017, in her
hometown of Great Neck.
Janet serves on the Board of Directors of the Iranian
American Bar Association- NY Chapter since 2012,
and is awed by her four children, ages 29- 19 and additionally
blessed with two more beautiful daughters
