Members convene to share year's progress
The Gateway JFK held its
annual meeting at the new
TWA Hotel to discuss the
major achiuevements of 2019
and to elect some new board
members. It was an appropriate
place since both are excellent
examples of the redevelopment
at JFK Airport. The
business community and local
residents were brought
together to celebrate a years
worth of achievements.

A-Banner program. Gateway
JFK (formerly known as the
JFK IBID) is where logistics
and cargo, hotel, food service,
retail, other industries,
and a lively community, call
home. The Gateway is a Business
Improvement District
in Southeast Queens that is
home to over 600 businesses
and 150 single family households.
Their mission is to
create a space in New York
where the air cargo businesses
can expand, thrive
and be a good neighbor.
