Baron and his associates strive to give a great deal back to the community that has supported their firm over the past 20 years. In addition to providing aid to underprivileged children each year, Baron participates in the annual NBA Cares weekend, in which he is invited to work with NBA athletes on a community building project. This past year, Baron and the athletes participated in the Kaboom Playground Build.
