Some of the fi rst jobs she ever held included cashier work at multiple food service and retail businesses. Heather was determined to become successful and in each position she held, she strove to perform to the very best of her ability. At the age of 26 she took a position at Queens County Savings bank as a bank teller. Over the years she was able to continuously exceed her goals and add value to her Branch Offi ce teams, which led to several promotions. In 2007, Heather was promoted to the position of Branch Manager, and is currently the manager of the Queens County Savings Bank in 103rd Street and Junction Boulevard, Corona, Queens. Heather has always been an active part of her community and continues to give back in any way that she can. She served as the youth leader for eight consecutive years at her local church and currently serves in the fi nancial ministry. She has participated in numerous charity walks such as the Susan G. Komen walk for breast cancer, the March of Dimes, and various others. Heather is also a partner with the Latin Women in Action, in an effort to bring awareness to the issue of domestic violence and also assist lower income f a m i l i e s with basic essentials. H e a t h e r currently resides in Queens with her husband and three children. Michelle Rosa-Patruno is a driven, results-oriented, true professional dedicated to serving the New York and Long Island communities with her indigenous fi nancial knowledge and an unwavering commitment to helping people become homeowners, as well as creating fi nancial relief and freedom. Michelle’s past certainly complements her expertise. For 5 years prior to becoming a mortgage specialist, she acted as a Chief Operating Offi cer where she was directly responsible for New York State Banking Department audits and ensuring imposed regulations were adhered to within the mortgage organization. In 2010, Michelle’s adoration for helping people realize their dreams of homeownership and fi nancial ease came to fruition when she passed her State and Federal Banking exams. Michelle frequently assisted consumers through the mortgage process even while she maintained her supervisory roles. Her knowledge base grew exponentially through the years and she quickly became an expert in residential mortgage transactions of every kind. Michelle’s entrance into the mortgage sector is highlighted by her roles as an underwriter and credit analyst for 6 years. To this day, Michelle applies this experience and knowledge to her everyday regimen of assisting people with mortgages. In her earlier days, Michelle was a Regional Director where her talents were highlighted by her business ethics, collaboration efforts, and budgetary excellence. Michelle’s passion and diligence has given her the platform to speak to the public on many occasions including Washington D.C. and her multiple affi liations with organizations such as NAHREP, AAREA, CAREA, BNI, LIBOR and more.
