Sal Joseph Crifasi began his real estate career in the summer of 2004 working for Crifasi Real Estate, a family owned and operated real estate fi rm. After receiving his degree in industrial engineering from the University of Massachusetts, he decided to pursue his real estate career full time. In 2007, Sal Joseph became a licensed associate broker. Sal has sold and leased numerous properties both commercial and residential in Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island. He takes pride in his ability to specialize in both residential and commercial real estate. Sal Joseph has served as the secretary for the Western Queens Board of Realtors, is on the board of directors for the Greater Ridgewood Historical Society, and also has served on the board of directors for the Middle Village Kiwanis Chapter. He is president H s H SARA James J. GALLESHAW Founding Partner Sullivan & Galleshaw LLP James J Galleshaw III is the founding partner of Sullivan & Galleshaw, LLP in Ozone Park, NY. Mr. Galleshaw served as an assistant district attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Offi ce, where he successfully prosecuted hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases in New York Supreme Court, New York City Criminal Court, and New York State Family Court. In 2002 he was promoted to senior trial attorney in the Offi ce’s prestigious Gang Bureau. In late 2002, Mr. Galleshaw left the District Attorney’s Offi ce to work at one of the country’s most respected insurance defense fi rms. He handled a wide range of complex litigation matters, including products liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, lead and asbestos poisoning, and general negligence claims. In February 2006, he and childhood friend Keith M. Sullivan, founded Sullivan & Galleshaw, LLP. The fi rm prides itself with providing pro bono legal services to numerous organizations and foundations, Merit Matters, The Dr. Theodore Atlas Foundation, and the FDNY Emerald Society. Sullivan and Galleshaw is lead counsel and represents over 120 families and numerous insurance companies, against LIPA, Long Island Power Authority, on behalf of residents and businesses in Breezy Point and the Rockaways, who suffered signifi cant losses as a result of the electrical fi res that erupted during Hurricane Sandy. The Court has noted it to be the most signifi cant tort action ever brought in Queens County. Mr. Galleshaw graduated from City University School of Law in May 1999, where he served as the President of the Irish Law Students Association. Sara Anne’s editorial contributions to Gem Magazine brought her to Morey Publishing, where she works as the lifestyle editor of Milieu Magazine. Sara Anne’s true love is helping others whether it is with her written word or via one of the many charities that she actively supports.
