The players ended the day where
it began, in Towers on the Green
for dinner and awarding of prizes.
Buffy, Angelo and their staff presented
another bountiful buffet,
which included Chicken Francaise,
eggplant rollatini, sautéed salmon
steak and a carving station serving
turkey breast and roast beef, and
later peach cobbler and ice cream
for dessert. Awards were handed
out to the teams with the three
lowest net scores and winners of
the individual aforementioned
challenges. There were also a plethora
of raffle prizes up for grabs,
including high-quality individual
clubs, sets and bags.
The day’s festivities turned out
as perfectly as the weather. During
a break in the award ceremony,
