On Saturday, February 8, at 11
a.m., #TeamBronxWorks will
bravely take a dip in the frigid waters
of Orchard Beach to remind participants
of the challenges facing homeless
men and women in the winter
months.
The team will include Bronx-
Works executive director Eileen Torres,
BronxNet executive director Michael
Max Knobbe and a few other
special guests.
By joining or donating to the Dip
Against Homelessness you can help
bring warmth to our most vulnerable
neighbors.

If you prefer to stay dry, you can
still help by donating new gloves,
socks, hats, or scarves to the Bronx-
Works Adult Homeless Services Department.
Items may also be dropped
off at the event or until 5 p.m., Friday
