40th Precinct
Thursday, January 9 at 8 a.m. - The NYPD is
seeking the public’s assistance in locating 17-year
old Eniya Porter, a resident of East 137th Street.
She was last seen at her resident and is described
as black, 5’5” and 120 pounds. She was last seen
wearing all dark clothing.
Saturday, January 11 at 2:45 a.m. - It was
reported to police that an unidentified individual
fired several shots in the vicinity of 401 E. 136th
Street. Several shots struck a 20-year old male in
the stomach and an 18-year old male in his left
foot. The suspect fled the scene on foot southbound
on Willis Avenue. EMS responded to the
scene and transported both victims to nearby hospitals
in stable condition. The suspect is described
as a black male who was last seen wearing white
headphones, a dark-colored baseball cap, a blue
hooded jacket, black pants and black boots.
Monday, January 13 at 8:57 a.m. - Police responded
to a 911 call pertaining to an unresponsive
female inside of 765 Courtlandt Avenue, Apartment
4F, within the Jackson Houses. Upon arrival,
responding NYPD officers observed an unconscious
and unresponsive 29-year old female within the
apartment unit’s bedroom. EMS also responded to
the scene and pronounced the aided female, later
identified as Irene Franco, deceased at the scene.
EMS also removed the victim’s 63-year old mother
to St. Barnabas Hospital for evaluation. The medical
examiner will determine the cause of death and the
investigation remains ongoing.
41st Precinct
Friday, January 3 at 7:25 p.m. - A 20-year old
female inside of a bank located at 1051 Westchester
Avenue was approached by an unidentified male
who displayed a knife and demanded that she remove
cash from an ATM and give it to him. The
victim complied and the male fled northbound on
Southern Boulevard in a white sedan with $500.
The suspect was seen wearing a florescent yellow
jacket with reflective piping and a baseball hat at
the time of the incident. There were no injuries reported
as a result of this incident.
Saturday, January 11 at 9 p.m. - An unidentified
individual produced a firearm and discharged

one round at the intersection of Fox and East 163rd
streets. One of the shots struck a 29-year old victim
who was walking on the sidewalk. The victim
was removed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln by
private means. The suspect fled the location northbound
on Fox Street in a maroon Sedan.
42nd Precinct
Saturday, January 4 at 12:01 a.m. - Three
teenage males got into a verbal dispute with 12
unidentified individuals inside of a Kennedy Fried
Chicken located at 921 E. 174th Street, which escalated
into a physical confrontation. When one of
the 12 suspects punched one of the victims, the
other 11 individuals joined in and began to assault
all three of the males by punching and kicking them
about the head and body, causing pain and bruising.
During the attack, several of the 12 individuals
removed cell phones and cash from the three
male victims. The twelve suspects then fled on foot
to parts unknown. The total value of property removed
is estimated to be approximately $1,650.
EMS responded but the victims refused medical
attention at the scene.
Monday, January 6 at 4:45 p.m. - An unknown
individual approached a 13-year old female
in the vicinity of Crotona Avenue and Crotona Park
North and asked her to show him where Crotona
Park was located. The 13-year old victim escorted
the individual to Crotona Park, located at 1700 Crotona
Avenue. Once inside the park, the individual
placed his hands on the victim’s private area and
exposed his penis to her. The victim fled the scene
and informed personnel at a nearby school. There
were no injuries as a result of this incident. The
45-year old male suspect is described as being
approximately 5’5”, 160 pounds with brown eyes,
straight black hair with a light complexion.
43rd Precinct
Wednesday, January 1 at 6:05 a.m. - Two
unidentified individuals approached a 30-year old
male on the corner of Wheeler and Westchester avenues
before striking the victim multiple times with
a piece of lumber on the head and back, causing
bruising and swelling. The suspects then removed
an undetermined amount of cash and his cellphone

before they fled on foot to parts unknown. The victim
was transported by EMS to Health + Hospitals/
Jacobi in stable condition. Both male individuals
are described as being in their 20s and were each
wearing dark clothing at the time of the incident.
Tuesday, January 7 at 12:50 p.m. - Two
teenage males were approached by five unidentified
individuals, who displayed a knife before kicking
both of the victims and forcibly removing their
cell phones, airpods and approximately $30. The
suspects then fled southbound on Croes Avenue.
The victims refused medical attention.
Tuesday, January 7 at 3:25 p.m. - A 53-year
old female victim responded to a knock at her door
by a female who identified herself as an ADT representative.
The victim opened the door, at which
time three unidentified males pushed open the door
and all four individuals entered the apartment. Once
inside, one individual punched the victim several
times in the face. The individuals then approached
a second female victim and forcibly removed her
Apple I-Phone and began searching the apartment.
The individuals removed a Louis Vuitton bag, two
Apple I-Pads, a Samsung tablet and a wallet containing
credit cards and $110 before fleeing the
location. The 53-year old victim sustained lacerations
to her nose. EMS responded to the scene and
transported the victim to Health + Hospitals/Lincoln
where she was treated and released.
Tuesday, January 14 at 3:05 p.m. - The
NYPD has arrested 31-year old Queens resident
Ryan Chambers in connection to a homicide incident
that occurred on the morning of Wednesday,
January 1 and resulted in the death of 29-year old
Rahkeem Jennings, an East 174th Street resident
who was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Friday, January 17 at 2 p.m. - The NYPD has
located 14-year olds Leyla and Leylani Berrios,
twin sisters who had been missing since Monday,
January 13.
44th Precinct
Tuesday, December 3 at 5:27 p.m. - A 38-
year old female victim was in front of 1173 Grand
Concourse when an unidentified individual approached
her and removed her cell phone from her
hand before fleeing the location.
Wednesday, December 18 at 2:30 a.m. -
A 46-year old female returned home to her residence
within the vicinity of Grand Concourse and
East 156th Street when she discovered property
missing from her residence and contacted the
NYPD. Subsequent investigation determined that,
on the same day, an unknown male individual was
observed on surveillance video making charges
with the victim’s credit card at a nearby McDonalds.
The suspect had removed credit cards, cash
and personal items from the victim’s residence
with a total estimated value of $4,200. The suspect
is described as a hispanic male in his 20s. He
was last seen wearing all dark clothing.
Thursday, December 19 at 5:12 p.m. - A 31-
year old male was working inside a Rite-Aid located
at 1540 Grand Concourse when he observed
two unidentified males placing store merchandise
inside a backpack. The male approached the two
individuals who threatened to shoot him but did
not display a firearm. The individuals fled the location
with merchandise in an unknown direction.
There were no injuries as a result of this incident.
Tuesday, December 24 at 12:15 p.m. - A 33-
year old male was conversing with two unidentified
males inside the lobby of 1368 Sheridan Avenue.
The two individuals proceeded to strike the victim
about the face and head with closed fists and forcibly
removed his cell phone and wallet containing
$140. The unidentified male suspects then fled on
foot in an unknown direction. The victim refused
medical attention at the scene.
Thursday, December 26 at 7:30 p.m. - A
13-year old male was walking home in the vicinity
of 1503 Morris Avenue when a group of unidentified
individuals approached him and began striking
him with closed fists, causing him to fall to the
ground. They proceeded to use an unknown object
which caused a small laceration to his left thigh
and lower back. The suspects then removed the
victim’s cell phone before fleeing the location.
Saturday, January 4 at 4:40 p.m. - The NYPD
is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying
an individual who is wanted for questioning in
connection to a robbery pattern involving four incident
that have taken place since November. The
first incident took place on Tuesday, November 19
at River Avenue and East 164th Street, where a
17-year old male victim was approached by four
identified individuals who punched him in the face
and knocked his headphones from his ears. The
individuals picked up the headphones and fled on
foot in an unknown direction. The second incident
occurred on Tuesday, December 3 at Jerome Avenue
and East 165th Street, when a 36-year old
male victim was approached by an unknown individual
who pressed a sharp object against the his
back and demanded his bag, to which the victim
complied. The third incident occurred on Wednesday,
December 4 at Jerome Avenue and East
165th Street, when a 48-year old male victim was
punched in the back on the head and in the face
before the suspects removed plumbing supplies,
a pair of glaves and books from the victim. The
fourth and most recent incident took place on Saturday,
January 4 in front of 1105 Jerome Avenue
when a 16-year old was approached by four unidentified
individuals who punched and kicked the
victim and also struck the victim with a firearm.
The suspects then forcibly removed the victim’s
cell phone and fled on foot in an unknown direction.
Each victim from the four incidents refused
medical attention at the scene.
Thursday, January 9 at 3:45 p.m. - A 51-year
old male was walking in the vicinity of Sheridan
Avenue and 170th Street when three unidentified
male individuals walked up to him and demanded
his property. The males removed cash and a cell
phone from the victim before they fled southbound
on Sheridan Avenue on foot. The victim’s property
had an estimated value of $380. No injuries were
reported as a result of this incident.
Wednesday, January 15 - The NYPD has arrested
22-year old Daron Goodman in connection
to a homicide incident that took place on the evening
of Saturday, January 11 and resulted in the
death of 36-year old Jason Parris, a Neried Avenue
resident. Goodman was charged with second degree
murder, first degree manslaughter and two
counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
46th Precinct
Sunday, December 29 at 4:24 p.m. - An unidentified
individual placed a package of food into a
stroller inside of a C-Town located at 2276 Creston
Avenue. The individual passed all points of sale and
attempted to leave the store without paying for the
item, at which point they were confronted by store
staff. The suspect then displayed a knife and fled
the store westbound on East 183rd Street toward
Jerome Avenue. No injuries were reported.
47th Precinct
Thursday, January 9 at 8 a.m. - The NYPD is
seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year
old Emmaly Matthews, a resident of East 211th
Street. She is described as approximately 5’7” tall,
weighing 140 pounds with a medium build, brown
eyes and black hair. She was last seen leaving her
residence wearing a black jacket, black sweatpants
and black sneakers.
Friday, January 10 at 8 a.m. - The NYPD is
asking for the public’s assistance in locating 15-
year old Kellis Grant, an East 233rd Street resident.
She is described as being approximately
5’1”, weighing 120 pounds with a thin build, brown
eyes and black hair. She has reportedly been in
contact with her mother via social media since her
departure.
