40th Precinct
Tuesday, October 15 at 4:45 p.m. - The
NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying
an individual wanted to questioning in connection
to a robbery that took place in the vicinity
of St. Ann’s Avenue and East 139th Street, where
the person of interest forcibly pushed his way into
a victim’s apartment. Once inside, the suspect
bound the victim’s hands with and electrical cord
and displayed a knife. He then removed $15,000 in
cash from inside the apartment and fled the scene.
The suspect was last seen wearing a black hat,
a hooded sweater with a white stripe around the
arm, black sweatpants and black sneakers.
Monday, November 11 at 2:22 a.m. - A
33-year-old male was working at a fruit stand on
the corner of Park Avenue and East 149th Street
when he was approached from behind by an unidentified
male who proceeded to place a sharp
object to the victim’s neck and demanded money.
The victim complied and the male fled the location
with $69. The victim, who was not injured as a
result of this incident, followed the suspect to the
lobby of 655 Morris Avenue and captured a photo
of the individual with his cell phone.
Friday, November 15 at 10:45 p.m. - A 16-
year old victim was walking home in the vicinity of
Willis Avenue and East 145th Street when an unidentified
male approached him and threatened to
slash him if he didn’t relinquish his cell phone and
air pods. The victim complied and the suspect fled
in an unknown direction with the property. The
victim was not injured as a result of this incident.
41st Precinct
Thursday, November 14 at 9:30 a.m. - The
NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying
an individual connected to a burglary that
took place inside of 958 Longwood Avenue. The
unidentified suspect gained entry into the location
by forcing open the front door. Once inside, the individual
removed items from the shelves, approximately
$160 and a small blue electric bicycle. The
individual, last seen wearing a black sweat suit,
blue sneakers and a blue and black backpack, fled
the scene on the bicycle westbound on Longwood
Avenue.
42nd Precinct
Thursday, November 14 at 1 p.m. - Police
have arrested and charged 18-year-old Bristow
Street resident Prince Allah with murder in connection
to an incident that took place on Saturday,
August 3 in the vicinity of 775 Jennings Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers discovered 23-year old Jacob
Rowland, a Prospect Avenue resident, with a
gunshot wound to the abdomen. EMS responded
and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital
where he was pronounced deceased.
43rd Precinct
Saturday, November 16 at 4:59 p.m. - Police
responded to a 911 call of a pedestrian who
had been struck by an Isuzu box truck at the intersection
of Bronx River and Westchester avenues.
The individual was attempting to cross Bronx River
Avenue when the truck, traveling eastbound on
Westchester Avenue, made a right turn and struck
the individual. The pedestrian was knocked to the
ground and then struck by the rear tires of the vehicle.
EMS also responded to the scene and transported
the 56-year-old male, with severe trauma
to the torso, to Lincoln Hospital. He was later pronounced
deceased. The operator of the vehicle remained
on the scene.
Wednesday, November 20 - The NYPD has
identified 36-year-old Dane Richardson in connection
to an incident that occurred on the night of
Sunday, November 17 in the rear of 1725 Randall
Avenue, where Richardson allegedly shot a 19-year
old male victim in the back and a 21-year-old victim
in the right arm before fleeing the scene. Both
victims were transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/
Jacobi, where the 19-year old, identified as
Stephon Brown, was pronounced deceased. The
21-year-old victim was listed in stable condition.
44th Precinct
Wednesday, November 20 at 11:13 p.m. -
Police responded to a 911 call of a male shot at
1264 Sheridan Avenue and discovered a 32-yearold
male with a gunshot wound to the right leg
along with a 23-year old male who was also shot
inside of a tobacco shop at 192 E. 167th Street.
The 23-year-old victim, later identified as Kashka
Richards, was unconscious and unresponsive with
a gunshot wound to the head. EMS responded and
pronounced the 23-year-old male deceased at the
scene.
45th Precinct
Monday, November 18 at 8:40 p.m. - The
NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying
a male suspect in connection to a robbery
incident that occurred inside 2804 Schley Avenue.
A 63-year-old female was entering the residence
when the unidentified male walked by her in the
lobby. Once inside the second floor staircase, the
male placed a firearm in the victim’s face and demanded
money. The victim complied and the male
fled the location with a purse containing jewelry
and personal items. The victim was not injured as
a result of this incident.
Friday, November 22 at 8 p.m. - A 37-yearold
victim was walking home from work when an
unidentified male pointed a black firearm at her
forehead and demanded her property, in front of
418 Calhoun Avenue. The victim dropped her bag
and the male fled in an unknown direction with the
victim’s personal papers and leather purse. The
victim was not injured as a result of this incident.
46th Precinct
Thursday, November 7 at 12:26 p.m. - It was
reported to police that an unknown male entered a
cell phone store located at 124 E. Fordham Road,
removed a cell phone and damaged a display case.
As the unidentified individual attempted to flee the
location, a 25-year-old female store employee attempted
to stop him. The suspect then pushed the
store employee before fleeing the location with the
cell phone.
Friday, November 15 at 8:22 p.m. - Police
responded to a report of a male assaulted in front
of 116 W. 176th Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered
a 29-year-old male with a gunshot wound
to his arm and leg. EMS transported the male, later
identified as Tory Barnes, to St. Barnabas Hospital
where he was pronounced deceased. The next
week, 17-year-old Davacchie Cole, an East Harlem
resident, was arrested and charged with two
counts of murder 2, manslaughter, four counts of
robbery, two counts of criminal possession of a
weapon and criminal possession of a firearm.
Saturday, November 16 at 3:55 p.m. - The
NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying
the males connected to a robbery incident
that occurred inside a parking garage at 299 Burnside
Avenue, where a 38-year old male employee
was surrounded by three unidentified males who
subsequently pushed him to the ground. The males
proceeded to remove the employee’s scooter and
fled eastbound on Burnside Avenue with property.
The parking garage employee was not seriously
injured and refused medical attention.
Monday, November 18 at 11:20 a.m. - In
response to a stabbing incident that occurred on
the afternoon of Sunday, October 13 inside 2333
Webster Avenue, police have arrested 42-year-old
Levittown resident Sandy DeJesus Rodriguez and
charged him with menacing, assault and criminal
possession of a weapon. The 21-year-old victim
who was stabbed was transported to NYC Health
+ Hospitals/Jacobi in stable condition.
47th Precinct
Thursday, November 21 at 5:50 a.m. - The
NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining
the whereabouts of an unidentified
male who was involved in an attempted robbery
inside of the Wakefield-241st Street subway station
mezzanine. The suspect allegedly approached
a 77-year-old male from behind, produced an imitation
pistol and demanded the victim’s property.
The victim refused, a struggle ensued and the unidentified
individual fled the station. An imitation
pistol was recovered from a trash can in the immediate
vicinity of the incident. No property was
removed and the victim was not injured.
49th Precinct
Monday, November 11 at 10:50 a.m. - The
NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying
a male who was involved in a robbery inside
815 Pelham Parkway North. A 39-year-old male
stepped out of the elevator onto his floor when the
unidentified individual approached him displaying
a firearm. The male proceeded to remove the victim’s
jewelry, cell phone and $2,200 before fleeing
the location in an unknown direction. The victim
was not injured as a result of this incident.
50th Precinct
Thursday, November 7 at 2 p.m. - Two unidentified
males approached a 44-year-old male
on the corner of Exterior Street and Broadway and
began punching him in the head and body, causing
him to fall to the ground. One of the suspects
stomped the victim in the head, causing him to
lose consciousness. The males fled in an unknown
direction in a dark colored vehicle. The victim was
transported to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.
52nd Precinct
Tuesday, November 12 at 9:10 p.m. -
The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in
identifying three individuals who approached a
50-year-old delivery person at 2357 Davidson
Avenue. Once inside the residence, the three suspects
began punching the male victim and demanded
his property. One of the individuals then
sprayed the victim with an unknown substance
before they removed his property and fled the location.
Tuesday, November 26 at 8:45 p.m. - An
18-year-old victim was engaged in a verbal dispute
with several unidentified males, which escalated
into a physical altercation in front of 3225
Reservoir OVal East. The males proceeded to
chase the victim and stab him with an unknown
sharp object before fleeing in an unknown direction.
EMS responded and transported the victim
to Montefiore Medical Center in stable condition to
be treated for lacerations.
