“We might try to open a location on Ditmars
just because we have a lot of friends
there,” Thapa said. “Our goal is to have a
bar restaurant, but that's down the line.”
Now that FoodStruck is officially open,
it is certainly worth it to stop by for their
delicious comfort food and the positive attitudes
of the hard-working entrepreneurs.
Ultimately, the young men would like to offer
some more variety and livelihood for the
area with their business.
