The Training Format One-on-one training includes private training, which allows members to get the personal attention to take them from point A to point B. They receive a personalized program every four weeks that includes homework and correctives. Semi-private training is our most sought-after service, and it provides members with the attention and programming characteristic of Iron Lion’s one-on-one sessions, but at a more affordable rate. Members have the added benefit of finding motivation from peers as they work in a small group of two to four members, paired based on their fitness levels and goals. Strength Camp is a group training program focused on building some serious strength. It is a friendly and competitive atmosphere that empowers members to make changes in body, attitude and life. Team Pride is a series of large group classes in which the trainers at Iron Lion utilize circuits and/or kettlebell complexes to produce physically fit individuals. Kettlebell complexes are a series of fullbody exercises performed sequentially and with calculated rep schemes and rest intervals. Benefits of kettlebell complexes include fat loss, improved lean body mass, and conditioning. Youth training focuses on a host of physical skills known as general physical preparation, and assists with correcting muscular imbalances. Iron Lion coaches help youth athletes to dramatically improve their performance, health and strength. Strong athletes not only maximize performance, they minimize chance of injury. Unique to this Facility In addition, Iron Lion Performance is a Precision Nutrition and Kinstretch certified club. Training hard and gaining strength is only half the battle. In many cases, you cannot out-train a bad diet. ILP’s nutrition coaches can assist in creating a balanced diet through sustainable and reasonable behavioral changes, accountability, macronutrient planning, and providing the support system needed to be successful. The same goes for the implementation of the principles of Functional Range Conditioning and availability of Kinstretch classes. Appropriate mobility and healthy joints are necessary for strength training and these classes will ensure your body’s physical readiness for load.
