Emily, an adult educator, was heading
home after work and ready to relax on
a Friday night when I spotted her. She
describes her style as “relaxed and earthy,”
and she totally nailed that vibe with her
loose curls and casually draped, earthtoned
scarf. I loved her textured orange
sweater peeking through along with her
leaf-patterned crossbody bag.
Ella Day, an
entertainment
and travel
business
manager/artist,
was was enjoying
some girl time
when I bumped
into her. She
said her looks
are “moody.” I
definitely caught
on to her moody
swag. Her green
pants and blue
coat were colorful
but her booties,
shades and bag
added a touch of
edge to her outfit.
Kim, who works
in sales, took
a classic black,
white and gray
outfit to the next
level with fun
accessories like
leopard print
flats. She said
her style is “easy
and comfy with
a touch of glam,”
which I think
is the perfect
description. She
layered a gold
charm bracelet
with a gold-andgreen
bracelet
and added a long
necklace to finish
off the look.
Kayla (@kaylahedwall) is a fashion
designer who was on her day off. She
was about to grab a coffee when we
met. Her definition of her fashion
choices is “classic/’50s with a bit of
edge.” Her black skinny jeans paired
with her tied top, hoops and shades
came together for a perfect ensemble
for a laid-back Sunday afternoon.
