Smart, proficient women are a dynamic resource.

special skills to the workplace.
These women represent the
thousands that we all know
and respect.
Our honorees share
their stories of challenges
and success. Some harbored
dreams of careers
in the aviation industry;
others had already started
down other career paths
when they got “bitten by the
aviation bug.” Many started in
entry-level positions, steadily
working their way up to leadership
roles in their organizations.
A few even embraced the aviation
field so thoroughly that they became
pilots. Now, they hold such
titles as President, Vice-President
and CEO.
Their tenacity, business
savvy and strong work
ethic make our honorees
great role models
for young women joining
the workforce and
others who are breaking
the glass ceiling. We
hope you enjoy their stories.
