Sales have offi cially launched for another
luxury condo building in Long Island
City.
Th e Bond, located at 46-20 11th St.,
includes one-, two- and three-bedroom
units, many with private terraces, and
will range in price from $755,000 to $2.08
million. Sales for the building, which was
developed by LCH Development, will be
handled by Modern Spaces.
