The Asian and Indian fusion can be tasted in dishes like the tempura shrimp, vegetable samosas and chicken Tandoori. Their chicken tikka puri is served “British style” with grilled chicken tikka, bread and chef’s special sauce. Beija Flor’s menu features savory Brazilian dishes and cocktails, including Brazil’s national cocktail, the caipirinha. The Picanha Fatiada is a top sirloin steak smothered in sautéed red onions, green and red peppers served over a bed of rice and sautéed collard greens.
