Schneps Community News Group, based in
Bayside, NY, is seeking a reliable billing clerk to
handle the company’s various publications. The clerk
is responsible for keeping track of money owed,
preparing invoices and updating records. These
responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
managing all account balances, collecting information
needed to calculate bills, issuing and sending invoices
and bills to customers, tracking received payments
through various methods, updating accounting records
and reporting on financial activity to management.
Accuracy and reliability are musts in this position, so
the billing clerk must have excellent math and
organizational skills. The billing clerk must be
computer literate; proficiency in MS Office (especially
Excel) The and/Queens or other Courier relevant is software looking such for Inside

have excellent communication skills and at least a high
