Mitra Hakimi
Mitra Hakimi Realty Group LLC
across Queens, and the
Hudson Gateway Multiple
Listing Service have merged
to form New York MLS, LLC.
Th e new service will be
made up of about 40,000
real estate professionals and
will serve Bronx, Brooklyn,
Nassau, Orange Counties,
Putnam, Queens, Rockland,
Suffolk, Sullivan and
Westchester.
Queens residents will have
access to an expanded and
improved listing service once
the merger has been completed
and the new website is
launched.
By forming one company
and expanding geographic
boundaries, data will fl ow
more easily between brokers
and agents in the coverage
area, translating to more
access to a larger audience
of consumers, said Joseph
Mottola, CEO of MLSLI.
Jim Speer will serve as chief
executive offi cer for the new
MLS aft er working for 30
years as the senior vice president
of operations for MLSLI.
“With the alliance of two
successful MLSs, members
gain entry to a vast selection
of integrated technology tools
and resources which will better
serve their buyers and sellers,”
Speer said.
