DeFrancisci Bunker Vietnamese will be closing its Queens location and will re-open in Brooklyn this month. BY EMILY DAVENPORT [email protected] [email protected] Bunker Vietnamese will be moving out of its Ridgewood location before the month is over. The restaurant, located at 46-63 Metropolitan Ave. near the Brooklyn/ Queens border, will be closing down this location on Nov. 15. Bunker Vietnamese will reopen in a new East Williamsburg location on Nov. 29. “We were limited by that space in Ridgewood,” owner Jimmy Tu told Bushwick Daily. “We want to serve serious food in a fun environment.” The new Brooklyn location has been under renovation for the past six months. The new space will include an outdoor seating area with a garden and a rooftop deck, allowing them to serve more patrons than they could at their Maspeth location.
