One man didn’t even bother to ask, as he stole a puppy from a patron at a Bushwick laundromat earlier this week. According to cops, the canine caper took place at 3:33 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 22 inside the Laundry Station laundromat at 334 Knickerbocker Ave. Authorities said the unknown thief entered the laundromat and took the 36-year-old male victim’s Cockalier dog. The individual then fl ed on foot southbound on Knickerbocker Avenue. Surveillance footage shows the suspect walking up to the laundromat window, then walking away. He later returns and taps on the window to get the dog’s attention, he then opens the door, scoops the puppy in his arms and fl ees the location. The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male in his 30s, standing 6 feet tall, weighing 170 lbs., having a light complexion, black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing gray sneakers, blue jeans, blue shirt, with a tattoo on his arm.
