Our honorees will meet in the penthouse at 5:00pm for a special VIP meet and greet. The annual networking event will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. at Terrace on the Park, located at 52-11 111th St. in Flushing Meadows Park. Forty of the borough’s biggest movers and shakers will be recognized for their efforts in business and service to the community. Among those receiving special honors at the event include Thomas Chen, president and CEO of Crystal Windows and Door Systems and J. Douglas Montgomery, principal broker for Home New York; both of whom will be inducted into the Kings of Queens Hall of Fame. Mike Cave and Rich Cave, the respective president and executive vice president of 1st Equity Title and Closing Services; Founders of PinkTie.org, will also be honored as Philanthropists of the Year. The event includes a cocktail hour, dinner and a raffle supporting St. Mary’s Children’s Hospital and Project Eliminate, a Kiwanis International program aimed at eradicating tetanus around the world.
